All of our products are made in Mongolia by experienced manufacturing partners with many years of expertise in producing premium cashmere garments and accessories.

Our cashmere comes from Mongolia, one of the world’s most respected and renowned sources of premium cashmere. The country’s unique climate and traditional herding practices produce exceptionally soft, durable, and high-quality fibres.

We source our products exclusively from trusted partners in Mongolia. Each shipment is accompanied by the appropriate certificates of origin and commercial documentation confirming the products’ Mongolian origin.

Pilling refers to the small, soft fibres that may naturally appear on the surface of cashmere during the first period of wear.

This is a completely normal characteristic of high-quality natural fibres and is not a manufacturing defect.

Pilling can be easily removed using a cashmere comb or a fabric shaver.

We recommend storing your cashmere clean, folded, and in a dry place.

For long-term storage, use a breathable garment bag and consider appropriate moth protection to help preserve the quality of your knitwear.
